I’d like to notify you about a Parts.Cat.Com update that
will improve the way you log in to the website.
Beginning 26th March 2022, you will sign in using Caterpillar’s
Login page rather than signing in directly via the Parts.cat.com page using a
pop up. There will be no change to your login credentials (your
username and password), account, or business, BUT you may notice that your
saved username and password will be forgotten by your internet browser. You
will be redirected from Caterpillar's secure sign-in page back to Parts.cat.com
after login.
In the event that you are unable to remember your Parts.Cat.com username or
password, Caterpillar has options during the login process that allows you to
click the Forgot Username or the Forgot Password link to recover your missing
login credentials.
This change comes as part of ongoing enhancements to Parts.cat.com to make
logging in more secure and easier for customers. Below are two comparative
photos, so you know exactly what to expect between the old and the new:
